We're a really small team and occasionally we do make mistakes! Please email us straight away at hello@ohsodaisy.com so we can resolve this as quickly as possible.
You can head to your account for all your order details. Please note that tracking service is not available on our standard delivery service. These are sent with Royal Mail First Class and are usually received within 1-3 working days from dispatch. If you are concerned about your order, please reach out to us and we'll do our best to update you.
We hate it when that happens! Where we aim for every order to be treated with upmost care, sometimes it doesn't pan out that way. Please reach out to us as soon as you receive your order with a picture showing the damage to the product and the product packaging. We will need this to make a claim for you.
Wallpaper
Each roll is 10 meters (h) x 0.50m (w)
All rolls from the same order will be printed together and will have the exact same batch number. We highly recommend you order enough rolls for your project to avoid mis-matched batch numbers between two orders.
We don't believe in tiny swatches! Our wallpaper samples are 50 x 50 cm which give you a really great feel for the repeat, scale and colours in the print.
Each sample is gently folded for our letterbox sized envelopes which are fully recyclable!
We know it can be difficult to work out how many rolls you'll need for a project. If you don't have a wallpaper calculator please use our live chat service (or pop an email across) with the dimensions (height x width) of your wall and we'll calculate it for you, no problem!
Create the best base for your new wallpaper by following these steps:
1. Fill any holes, cracks or imperfections with a wall filler. You will probably need to give the wall a very light sanding, once dry, so it’s nice and smooth!
2. Give the wall a good clean with sugar soap.
3. The wall must not be freshly plastered. It would need to be painted first, prior to wallpapering.
4. Make sure the room is well ventilated and that any heating is switched off before hanging and whilst drying (this will take around 5-6 hours).
ALL of our wallpaper, prints and stationery are designed by our founder in Surrey and printed in the UK.
Delivery & Returns
We deliver to the UK postcodes (excluding NI) directly from this website.
We deliver WORLDWIDE from our Etsy store.
Currently we are unable to deliver to EU destinations due to new GSPR regulations (from 13th December 2024). We hope this changes in the future <3
Delivery costs will be calculated at the checkout for you.

We use standard packing boxes and paper stickers which are made in the UK. All of our packaging is recyclable including the film that keeps your Oh So Daisy wallpaper safe and dry in transit.
We don't currently accept exchanges but we do accept returns if your items are unopened, in their original packaging and purchased within the last 30 days. Feel free to drop us an email at hello@ohsodaisy.com
On the rare occasion you are not happy with your purchase, we will accept returns within 30 days of receipt for unopened, and existing packaging in tact. Please note our wallpaper samples cannot be returned.
To process a return please drop us a quick email to hello@ohsodaisy.com with your order number in the subject line and list the items you'd like to return. We will get back to you straight away with those details.
We are a small business and sadly cannot offer free returns. Buyer must pay for return postage.
If your order is approved for refund, you'll receive a notification after inspection and you'll automatically be refunded to the original payment method.
Please note we are not in control of the time it takes for your bank to process a transfer.
