Tracking numbers can only be provided if you select that option at the checkout and your tracking number will be found in your dispatch email.

Please ensure your delivery address at the checkout is correct as this is the address it will be shipped to. We are unable to change the address shown from the payment method to prevent fraud.

Processing Days 1-3 days

For ALL orders, please allow from 1-3 business days before your order is shipped to allow for printing time and our small team to lovingly pack your order! You will receive a dispatch notification once it is en-route. We currently post Monday-Friday.

Non Delivery of Items

If your item does not reach you within the estimated delivery times please email us at and we will reply as soon as possible.

Please note if the courier experiences delays etc or major incidents on the road this is out of our hands, however they will attempt delivery again the next day. If you are not available to take a delivery you can directly rearrange delivery with the courier or they will automatically reattempt the next day.

If the parcel remains undelivered a redelivery charge will apply if you are not in for delivery attempts or do not rearrange delivery with either of the couriers. We are not responsible when inaccurate delivery information has been supplied to us or any missing information.

It is important we are supplied with accurate information, we cannot be held responsible for failed delivery attempts if the information supplied is inaccurate. Redelivery charge will apply if you would like us to attempt delivery again.

Please note if you choose to leave safe with a neighbour or in a safe place you do so at your own risk, we cannot be held responsible for missing items in this instance.


Refund Policy

You can return any item within 14 days of receiving it for a refund if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase (excludes delivery charge) 

Unfortunately we cannot accept return items for a refund which are sent back after 14 days or which are not in resalable condition. Please be careful when opening your parcels as we cannot refund items that are creased or bent.

How do I return an item?

For returns within your 14 day period, please reuse the packaging which you recieved your order in and send to the Returns Address listed on your original postage label. Return postage is covered by the buyer.

We recommend you send your parcels back via a recorded and tracked service as we cannot be held responsible for any lost or damaged items.

Please allow up to 14 working days for us to process your return and refund. Depending on your payment method your refund may take 3-5 working days to show in your bank account.

Faulty/Incorrect Items

If your item is damaged, defective or not as ordered we will exchange or refund the item for you, the item should be returned within 14 days of delivery. If the item is deemed faulty or the wrong item is shipped we will refund your postage cost in this instance.
